How PASSHE

Supports Students

Scholarships that open doors

PASSHE Foundation provides scholarships to students at all State System universities. Some awards are tailored to a specific academic program or hometown, while others are open to any student pursuing a degree. Each scholarship is designed to make college more accessible and affordable.

Opportunities across the State System

PASSHE Foundation works with all ten PASSHE universities to expand access, support achievement, and connects the state system’s community of over 80,000 students with opportunities tied to their long term goals.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for PASSHE Foundation scholarships, students must attend one of the 10 universities in Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education. Scholarships are often major specific and may include additional requirements based on your background, interests, or academic program.

You can apply if you attend any of the following PASSHE universities:

  • Cheyney University

  • Commonwealth University (Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield campuses)

  • East Stroudsburg University

  • Indiana University of Pennsylvania

  • Kutztown University

  • Millersville University

  • Pennsylvania Western University (California, Clarion, and Edinboro campuses)

  • Shippensburg University

  • Slippery Rock University

  • West Chester University
