Bryan Klinke is the Director of Technology and Infrastructure at PSECU, where he leads enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, network operations, business services, and digital workplace technologies. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, with a strong focus on resiliency, modernization, governance, and aligning technology investments with meaningful business outcomes.

Bryan is deeply passionate about workforce development and expanding access to education, with a particular interest in strengthening connections between higher education and employers. He is committed to initiatives that promote workforce readiness, reduce barriers to student success, and support long-term talent development. Bryan is honored to support the mission of the PASSHE Foundation and its efforts to advance student achievement and drive economic impact across the Commonwealth.
