Ms. Barbara J. Bowker

Vice President of Marketing – PSECU, Harrisburg

Ms. Bowker is an integral member of PSECU’s Senior Management Team which is responsible for the strategic direction and competitive strategy of the organization. As Vice President of Marketing, she is responsible for the strategic marketing direction of PSECU and for managing the overall direction of a $4 million marketing budget. Ms. Bowker graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.

Ms. Edelyn "Lynn" Miller

Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer, Clinical Operations, Geisinger Health System

Ms. Miller has served in her current position since 2010 and has leadership responsibility for Geisinger's Clinical Operations which includes hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, specialty office practices, long-care term facilities, home health and hospice services, retail pharmacies and urgent care and after-hours clinics. Prior to 2010, she held various position in the Geisinger Health System including, Chief Administrative Officer, Associate Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President of Women's Health Service Line and Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Ms. Miller earned a B.S in Psychology from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from Loyola College.

Ms. Marion Carey Alexander 

Community Leader, Hummelstown

Volunteering for Harrisburg organizations since 1968, Ms. Carey Alexander has founded arts, science and human services programs. She has been instrumental in raising funds to build Whitaker Center in Harrisburg and, more recently, a new facility for WITF public television and radio. Other current activities include serving as chair of the board for United Way of the Capital Region, advisory and Keystone boards of Goodwill, development chair of Susquehanna Arts Museum, vice president of Family and Children's Services, the Dauphin County Library board and Allied Arts board.

Ms. Kelly S. Lieblein

Former Vice President of Strategies Accounts – Highmark Blue Shield, Camp Hill

Kelly S. Lieblein managed Highmark’s largest customer in Central PA. She has over 25 years of experience in health insurance and health care administration with expertise in the areas of finance and operations. A certified public accountant, Ms. Lieblein is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Anthony N. Benevento

Senior Vice President, Regional Markets
Highmark Inc.

Anthony Benevento is senior vice president of Pennsylvania regional markets for Highmark, Inc. In this role, Mr. Benevento is responsible for setting the strategic objectives and overal performance on the Pennsylvania Regional markets. Prior to rejoining Highmark in January 2011, Mr. Benevento held various senior management positions at UPMC Health Plan. Mr. Benevento earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned his master's of business administration degree from Duquesne University.

Mr. John Bolger

Community Leader, Camp Hill

Currently retired, Mr. Bolger served as the vice president of member services, secretary and assistant treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He was appointed by Governor Tom Ridge to the State Ethics Commission, serving as vice chairman of the commission in 2002. Mr. Bolger has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. David Brantley

Project/Office Coordinator, System Integreation Office
UPMC Pinnacle, Shippensburg

Mr. Brantley recently joined The GIANT Company as a part of their International Management Training Program. Prior to his current role, he was with UPMC Pinnacle from June 2019 through September 2020 as the Coordinator of the Service Line Executive Office. Mr. Brantley is also the founder of Marqo, a company that works to promote the discovery of small businesses. He graduated from Shippensburg University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and International Management. While attending Shippensburg University, he was team captain of the Varsity Men’s Track and Field Team, Treasurer of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and third place finisher in the 2019 PASSHE Statewide Business Plan Competition.

Ms. Gail M. D'Angelo

Vice President/Regional CRA Manager
M & T Bank, Harrisburg

Gail M. D'Angelo is Administrative Vice President/Regional CRA Manager for M & T Bank and has been a resident of the Greater Harrisburg area for nearly 30 years. She is responsible for compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act across the bank's Pennsylvania footprint as well as helping to direct more than $3.5 million in charitable contributions and tax credit payments throughout the bank's seven Pennsylvania regions. Gail has successfully completed relevant course work in business and finance and has participated in numerous professional workshops. She is currently a board member of Camp Curtin YMCA, Harrisburg, PA; Hope Station Opportunity Area, Carlisle, PA; and Children's Home of York, York, PA. She also serves on various committees across Pennsylvania with a focus on neighborhood and regional issues such as crime, poverty, youth outreach, housing, and community development and teaches financial literacy courses.

Ms. Marcella Daniels

Chief of Staff, Senator Vincent Hughes, Philadelphia

Ms. Daniels currently is the chief of staff to Senator Vincent J. Hughes in his district office. She also oversees the James Hughes Golf Classic, the annual golf outing that funds the James Hughes Memorial Scholarship Fund. She attended Penn State University and earned her degree from Temple.

Mr. David S. Kerr

Executive Director, External Affairs, AT&T Services Inc., Palmyra

Mr. Kerr joined AT&T Services Inc. in his current position in 2008. He leads advocacy and outreach efforts to all segments of executive and legislative branches in Pennsylvania while building and sustaining a positive image of AT&T Services, Inc. to policymakers and community leaders statewide. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Kerr was the founder and president of TeleCommunity Connections, LLC and served as Deputy Policy Director for Governor Ridge and Director of Policy for Governor Schweiker. He holds a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master's in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA.

Mr. Matt Lutcavage

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Giant Foodstores LLC, Carlisle

Mr. Lutcavage has served in his current position since February 2018 and reports directly to the President. His areas of responsibility include people strategy, talent management, organizational development and design, diversity and inclusion, internal communications, change management, training and development and total rewards. Prior to 2018, he was employed by Ahold USA as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources. He was also employed by Weis Markets, Inc. in various positions including Director of Human Resources and District Manager. Current affiliations include Society for Human Resource Management, Boy Scouts of America and Leadership Harrisburg Board of Directors. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Mr. Kim E. Lyttle 

Senior Vice President (Retired) - Government Banking, Huntington National Bank, Pittsburgh

Mr. Lyttle is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Graduate School of Banking of the University of Delaware.

Mr. Matthew J. Steck

Owner/Partner, Greenlee Partners, LLC, Harrisburg

Mr. Steck first joined Greenlee Partners in 1990 as Senior Associate/Partner in 1990 and became Owner/Partner in 1993. A prominent government affairs firm, Greenlee Partners help clients navigate Pennsylvania government — the process and the players. Prior to Greenlee Partners, Mr. Steck worked for the Senate of Pennsylvania and was Vice President of Government Relations for the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. He is Past Chairman of the Capital Regional Economic Development Corporation and Current Chairman of the Dauphin County Industrial Development Corporation and the Dauphin County Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Steck graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Government Administration.

Mr. David N. Taylor

President/CEO, Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association (PMA)

In his 24th year with PMA, Mr. Taylor is the Association’s chief spokesperson at the state Capitol in Harrisburg and in the media. He is the editor of the PMA Bulletin and host of the statewide television program “PMA Perspective” on the Pennsylvania Cable Network. Prior to joining PMA he worked in the United States Senate and the Senate of PA. He is a board member of PMA, the PA Steel Alliance, the Foundation for Free Enterprise Education, the Business-Industry Political Action Committee, the PA Leadership Council and the Lincoln Institute for Public Opinion Research. He is School Board President of the Reach Cyber Charter School, an online pubic school providing a broad range of STEM enrichments for students. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Dickinson College where he majored in History and Dramatic Arts.

Mr. Michael Varano

Managing Director – PFM, Harrisburg

Michael Varano, has been employed by PFM since 1985 and is responsible for trading and management of fixed income portfolios totaling over $11 billion. Mr. Varano is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in accounting/business administration.

Scott T. Wyland, Esq

Attorney, Salzmann Hughes, Harrisburg

Scott T. Wyland practices law with Salzmann Hughes, P.C. in Harrisburg, representing water utilities and chairing the firm’s litigation group. He also serves as a mediator for cases involving complex litigation. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a board member of Capital Area Transit, a Hearing Committee Member for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, and Chairman of the Wormleysburg Borough Authority. Scott is the Solicitor for the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association, Capital Region Water, and other municipal entities throughout Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nelson A. Swarts

Lewisberry

Retired from IBM, Mr. Swarts served the State System in various positions from 2000-2007. Most recently he was the Director/CEO of the State System Foundation, retiring in December 2007. A graduate of Bloomsburg University of PA, Mr. Swarts serves on many community boards including: the Hospice of Central PA, West Shore YMCA, and AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union. He also serves on the Bloomsburg University College of Business Advisory Board and the Bloomsburg University Foundation Board of Directors.
