Ms. Sandra Loy-Bell
Chief Executive Officer – Skelly and Loy, Inc., Harrisburg
Ms. Loy-Bell is responsible for planning, directing and supervising the activities of the firm including strategic planning, business development programs and the marketing department. She is also actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations. Ms. Loy Bell is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in marketing.
Ms. Marion Carey Alexander
Community Leader, Hummelstown
Volunteering for Harrisburg organizations since 1968, Ms. Carey Alexander has founded arts, science and human services programs. She has been instrumental in raising funds to build Whitaker Center in Harrisburg and, more recently, a new facility for WITF public television and radio. Other current activities include serving as chair of the board for United Way of the Capital Region, advisory and Keystone boards of Goodwill, development chair of Susquehanna Arts Museum, vice president of Family and Children's Services, the Dauphin County Library board and Allied Arts board.
Ms. Kelly S. Lieblein

Kelly S. Lieblein manages Highmarkís largest customer in Central PA. She has over 25 years of experience in health insurance and health care administration with expertise in the areas of finance and operations. A certified public accountant, Ms. Lieblein is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Nelson A. Swarts
Retired from IBM, Mr. Swarts served PASSHE in various positions from 2000-2007. Most recently he was the Director/CEO of the PASSHE Foundation, retiring in December 2007. A graduate of Bloomsburg University of PA, Mr. Swarts serves on many community boards including: the Hospice of Central PA, West Shore YMCA, and AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union. He also serves on the Bloomsburg University College of Business Advisory Board and the Bloomsburg University Foundation Board of Directors.

Ms. Tiffany Baehman
Vice President and General Manager - AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets

Ms. Baehman oversees the sales and operations for more than 1,300 employees, 89 AT&T-owned retail locations and more than 475 national retail partners and authorized resellers across central and eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. A wireless industry veteran with more than 18 years experience, Ms. Baehman has held various positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure with AT&T. Prior to AT&T, she held several director level positions with Cingular Wireless. She earned a B.S. in Marketing from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri and an M.B.A. in Marketing from St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. John Bolger
Community Leader, Camp Hill
Currently retired, Mr. Bolger served as the vice president of member services, secretary and assistant treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He was appointed by Governor Tom Ridge to the State Ethics Commission, serving as vice chairman of the commission in 2002. Mr. Bolger has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Ms. Barbara J. Bowker
Vice President of Marketing Ė PSECU, Harrisburg, PA
Ms. Bowker is an integral member of PSECUís Senior Management Team which is responsible for the strategic direction and competitive strategy of the organization. As Vice President of Marketing, she is responsible for the strategic marketing direction of PSECU and for managing the overall direction of a $4 million marketing budget. Ms. Bowker graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelorís of Science in Business Administration.
Ms. Marcella Daniels
Chief of Staff, Senator Vincent Hughes, Philadelphia
Ms. Daniels currently is the chief of staff to Senator Vincent J. Hughes in his district office. She also oversees the James Hughes Golf Classic, the annual golf outing that funds the James Hughes Memorial Scholarship Fund. She attended Penn State University and earned her degree from Temple.
Mr. Nathan C. Douty
Vice President of Human Resources, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts
Mr. Douty is a member of the HE&R executive committee and has 30+ years experience in the human resources profession. In his position as Vice President of Human Resources he leads a team of 40 human resources professionals and oversees all aspects of human resources including employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits programs, recruitment and employment, and training and development programs. Mr. Douty earned his BA from Shippensburg University and is currently a candidate for his Masterís Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, also from Shippensburg University.
Mr. Wayne G. Failor
Mr. Failor served as Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance of the PA State System of Higher Education from 1983 until his retirement in 1997. Prior to that, he held various positions with the Commonwealth of PA including Comptroller with the Department of Treasury and Deputy Comptroller with the Department of Transportation. Mr. Failor also served as a captain in the U.S. Force. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business education and his master’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University.
Mr. John Havas, Esq.
Mr. Havas is a sole practitioner specializing in litigation and general practice. He formerly practiced with the following Harrisburg law firms: Shearer, Mette, Hoerner & Woodside, Pepper Hamilton and Foulkrod, Reynolds & Havas. He also served as United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from 1975-1982. Mr. Havas earned his bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Michael Varano

Michael Varano, has been employed by PFM since 1985 and is responsible for trading and management of fixed income portfolios totaling over $11 billion. Mr. Varano is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in accounting/business administration.

Joanne E. Wade is Executive Vice President, Strategic Program Development, at Geisinger overseeing the systemís major strategic initiatives with a focus on quality, innovation and market expansion. Ms. Wade has served on a number of national professional organizations and editorial boards. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of St. Elizabeth in New Jersey and her masterís degree from Boston University.
